LEVEL ENTRANCE: To complete this level, you'll need Indiana Jones and the British Commander, who happens to be the only character with explosives in this hub. When you have them, return to Pankot Village and follow the gold arrow into the same building that houses the 1st Story Level. (See the Treasure Level Intro or Hub Maps for screenshots and the Characters page if you need help unlocking the Commander.)

The main goal is to get the Artifact. This can be done fairly quickly. Begin by using the British Commander's bazooka to blow up the pile of silver boulders just to the right of the huge gong. Use the leftover LEGO bits to repair the gong. Then use Indiana Jones's whip to pull the orange ring and sound the gong.

When they hear the noise, 10 Thuggees swarm out of the building on the left. Whip or punch them, pick up one of the swords they drop and use it against them, or just blast them with the bazooka. When all 10 have been defeated, the Artifact appears in the palm tree on the right side of the village.

Use the Commander's bazooka to blow up the silver boulders near the gong.		Use the leftover bits to repair the gong.
Then use Indy's whip to pull the ring and sound the gong.		A squad of Thuggees then emerges from the building on the left.
Fight them with whip, fists, stolen sword or bazooka.		When all 10 Thuggees are defeated, the Artifact appears atop this palm tree.

If you don't care about getting all the studs, you can skip this next bit and go right for the Artifact. But if you're going for "True Adventurer," here are a few tips:

Smash all the flowers, barrels and other containers scattered around the village. Be sure to pick up the studs concealed behind the wall in the foreground. There's also a purple stud behind the little hump of earth in front of the door where the Thuggees emerged.

On the far left, smash the small barrels near the water wheel. Attach the 2 loose gears to the mechanism on the left side of the wheel. Blow up the silver barrel sitting near the left wall and use the bits inside to repair the treadmill attached to the wheel. Hop on the treadmill and run to turn the water wheel, causing studs to pour out the right side of it.

Don't miss the purple stud behind this little hump near the Thuggee door.		Smash the small barrels near the water wheel.
Attach the 2 gears to the mechanism on the left.		Blow up the silver barrel with the bazooka.
Use the leftover bits to fix the treadmill.		Run on the treadmill to turn the wheel and make studs pour out.

When you have all the studs you need, return to the metal gate near the entrance and use the bazooka to destroy it. Hop on the elephant's back, ride over to the palm tree with the Artifact and jump off the elephant's back to retrieve it.

Blow up the gate near the entrance to free the elephant.

Ride the elephant close to the tree with the Artifact and jump to reach it.
