Crystal Skull Part 1 – Bonus Level 1: Marshall College

LEVEL ENTRANCE: The entrance to this level is on the upper right side of College Town. (Check the Bonus Level Intro and Hub Maps if you need help finding it.) Once you've unlocked Stanforth (see Characters), use him to solve the hieroglyph puzzle near the big, wooden door. To do this, activate the puzzle by standing in front of it and pressing the Use butotn. Watch the sequence of lighted glyphs then activate the glyphs in the same order. This opens the door so you can enter.

I have no idea what sort of crazy college this is, but here we are. As soon as you enter, 4 agents with pistols start shooting at you. Take care of them. There's a bazooka lying in the middle of the floor if you want it.

When the coast is clear, ride the updraft from the fan onto the ledge on the right. Watch out for the 3 agents up above. It's difficult to target them from below, and they'll be shooting at you the whole time. So you're probably better off avoiding them for now. Use Indy's whip to grab the orange ring on the left and swing over to the small platform. From there, hop over to the ledge.
You should have no problem shooting 2 of the 3 agents on the higher ledge on this side, since you have more room to back up and target them. Aim the bazooka just as you would Indy's whip: Hold the Attack button, aim with the direction keys or left stick, then release the Attack button to fire. If you can't hit the agent on the left, just leave him for now.
Push the brown box along the checkerboard tiles and off the edge. This will allow Stanforth to climb up onto the ledge with Indy. Have both characters stand on the red buttons to start the 2 small platforms moving. Ride the platform between the buttons up onto the ledge, deal with any agents you didn't get earlier and grab the water bottle.
Return to the ledge on the right either via the second moving platform, by whip swinging, or by dropping down and using the fan for a lift. Throw the water bottle on the fire in front of the lever. Then pull the lever to activate the moving platform near it. Ride up to the ledge above and deal with those 3 agents now. Then pick up the sword on the upper ledge.
Drop down to the floor and use the sword to cut the rope attached to the pulley on the wall to the right. Aim and throw just as you do when firing guns or using Indy's whip. This opens the doors to the room containing the Artifact.
Go in and fight one more agent. Pick up the blue studs hidden in the near left corner of this little room. Then use the bazooka to destroy the silver chests surrounding the orange ring. Use Indy's whip to yank on the ring and raise a ramp that will enable you to jump across the radioactive floor to reach the artifact.
If you haven't earned "True Adventurer" yet, before taking the artifact, head back to the left side of the room where you pushed the box off the edge of the checkerboard tiles. Use the box to climb onto the ledge and then drop down into the area on the left with the blue studs. Those should help you reach your goal. Then either jump over the deadly grate to grab the ladder and climb out of the pit or switch to the other character, leaving the first one in the pit. Then have the second character jump over to the artifact to finish the level.
